CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important and time spent for Beauty Enchantments at the Maison are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or service changes. Due to the intimate nature of glamour magic, I choose to open the space for you and you alone.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file.
Same day cancellations, or “no call no show” will also be charged 100% the cost of service scheduled.
Should this happen more than 2x in a calendar year, it will prohibit you from scheduling future glamour appointments and you will be uninvited from the Maison’s Beauty Chamber indefinitely. Them’s the rules.
Initiates are always welcome to visit the Maison for holistic reasons without an appointment. Our Home Design Reliquary is open to the public 7 days a week, noon to six.

2026 BEAUTY CHAMBER RULES
I only communicate by carrier pigeon, trained hare, text and email.
For the security of sensitive salon guest information, I do not communicate via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media messaging platform.
All appointments, reschedules and cancellations are made online via the GlossGenius portal, which is a real-time calendar accessible to Maison initiates 24/7.
I do not accept appointment requests or changes of any kind via text, email, or voicemail. If you call me, I will not answer because I hate talking on the phone.
SERVICE PRICING + IN SERVICE INCREASE:
All service prices are listed online unless otherwise quoted as starting at prices. Oftentimes, this price does not change unless more time than the typical service is required to meet your specific goals.
In the event more time is necessary to complete your requested service, the price will increase incrementally based on the amount required to complete the service. If you are used to needing more time for beauty services, please book an “In-Person Consultation” for an estimated quote or kindly refer to the chart below.

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS:
All appointment requests are first come first serve, 100% automated and designed to accommodate your preferred time within +/- 30 minutes based on current availability. All requests are subject to approval or denial within 48 hrs based on current availability.
You do not have an appointment until you receive an approval.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING:
Each approved appointment will populate a separate text link and email link to your appointment details. Use this link to make any changes to your currently scheduled appointments, as well as any future bookings you may have made up to 48 hours in advance. Please text me if you need to emergency reschedule outside of this window as you will not be able to online.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut design or customized color design service, do let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
DEPOSITS:
High commitment services will require a deposit to secure an appointment. While deposits are non-refundable, they are 100% transferable to any future service appointment.
RETAIL EXCHANGE POLICY:
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase. Rarities, curios, talismans, furniture, or otherwise ancient relics are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be curse free: you accept this risk at the time of purchase.
Hexes cannot be undone, sorry.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are not offered on deposits, services, or retail purchases. I am more than happy to adjust services at no cost and exchange salon retail for something that would better suit your needs if notified within the above time frames.
Potentially haunted objects are sold as-is and are nonrefundable.
RUNNING LATE:
If you are running any later than 10 minutes we may need to adjust to a smaller service in order for me to run on time for my other appointments. Send me a text message as soon as you know you will be later than originally planned. I will text you at 15min to reschedule (activating the fee) if I do not hear from you.
IF YOU’RE FEELING UNWELL 🤒
If you’re feeling ill the day of your appointment or 24 hours prior, please send me a text message as soon as you make the decision not to come. No fees for sickos who stay home to keep us safe, so don;t even worry about that - just text me.
IF I’M FEELING UNWELL 🤧
If I cannot provide my guests with 100% of me, I will not do them a disservice and come to work. If I am unwell the day of the appointment or 24 hours before, I will reschedule your appointment for the next possible availability. I will contact you directly via text to discuss possible reschedule dates as soon as I make the decision not to come in.
CHILDREN IN THE MAISON
Kids are only allowed in the Beauty Chamber while THEY are receiving services. But if your baby must come because there’s no alternative, I totally get it. However, this is a dangerous place for a child who is adventurous and curious, so please think of their safety over convenience.
COVID-19/Hantavirus/Masking POLICY
Facial Coverings are no longer mandatory for Personal Service Providers in the State of Oregon as of 03/11/2022. If you would like to wear a facial covering during your service, you may - if you would like me to wear one, please feel free to request that I do so! I am more than happy to accommodate.
